Faith, beyond fear

Ron Smith

Have you ever realized that the greatest difficulty isn’t to work hard for something, ⁣
but to find the courage to let go of what has to go? ⁣

The courage to say no, ⁣
to disappoint, ⁣
to look at the house of cards collapsing⁣
…and leave, without turning back. ⁣

The courage to take a path that others before you have taken before perishing, ⁣
to act without having the control on the impact of your decisions. ⁣

“And if what I am rebuilding will never be as good as what I’ve dared to destroy? ⁣

And what if I disappoint, again? ⁣
And what if I fail, again? ⁣
And what if am not enough?” ⁣

The truth is, you have no control on the result. ⁣
And the good news is that it is not that important. ⁣

Because, if you don’t know what you are going to reap, what matters most is that you know what you’ve sown. ⁣

What, how & when don’t have so much importance, as long as you know why. ⁣

What, how & when don’t have so much importance, as long as you know why. ⁣

As long as you act with integrity, ⁣
As long as you know you did the right thing, ⁣
As long as your ability to love exceeds your need for approval,⁣

As long as your faith outweighs your fear.
